Last-night I realised how addicted I am to sugar. I went downstairs at around 8pm, knowing full well I was in search of a sugary fix. I found it. I broke.. partially, but only allowed myself to have 1 small chocolate, so not feeling overly bad about myself.
However today, I chose salad over a fatty high calorie pasta dish! Huge. I saved around 1/3 of the calories, and showed myself that I can choose healthier alternatives that are still delicious! Never done that before, always made excuses to have what I wanted.
