I've been battling the bulge for the better part of 15years. Chris Powells book is the best thing I have ever tried, not really a diet, its a life style change. I fell back into bad habits the end of 2014 processed food and drive thrus and put some weight back on. But that is water under the bridge. Im going to start carb cycling again and finish the loss and maintain!
