I've worked out 5 days a week since this whole thing started. I've cut back on my food instake (I used to eat A LOT) and have been watching what I eat very closely. I did a clense and that did nothing because I'm vegan and I don't have meats and stuff getting stuck in my system. All of this work and I gained a few pounds and now I am stuck at that weight. I drink loads of water everyday. I don't eat out, don't eat dairy, meats, eggs, sodas, chips, or sweets. Does anyone have any suggestions. I do cardio and some weights every single time I go to the gym.
