Why is it that we KNOW that eating junk and not moving is bad for our bodies, yet we eat junk and sit on our bums all day!

Can someone explain my brain to me? :)

Why is it SO HARD to get up and out the door? When I am up and out, it is fine, I can go for a walk, a long walk and I always feel amazing after. And even though I KNOW that it is good for me and I always feel so good after moving, it is nearly impossible for me to get up and do it?!

 

So this year my mantra will be: "Get up and do it!"
