Until I was 26 I never had problems about my weigth. Than I moved for one year to China and can't eat anything else than western fast food and fried meat. And got in this time 30kg... When I returned last year to Germany I started to eat healthy and just walked every day one time around a lake next to my appatement (6.7 kilometers) - and lost already 14kg. This year my goal are the last 16kg and restart to run instead of walking.
