I am excited for this. I have been trying to lose weight and fail because of lack of motivation. I believe I am on the right track for me now. I have already been working out for the last 13 days. Todays workout will have a liittle help from the push lawn mower. LOL I am doing that ab-challenge we all saw online plus walking on the treadmill. Well today I get an extra push. The grass is SO tall, so I am kind of worried about this workout. LOL I am ready though. Eating healthy isn't a too big of a deal for me. Our oldest son is extremely allergic to pretty much everything so we eat grass fed animals, brown rice, and beans. NO joke that is pretty much every night. I just tend to eat more than my serving size. So I will be cutting that back. I do however love me some chocolate or cheese. I can't eat cheese anymore so chocolate is my only NIGHTMARE! I need to stay clear of that. I plan on drinking more water. I feel like this is a little scatter brained, but I am just writing what comes. I am very excited!!!
