Let's face it, I'm 50 years old.  I'm not going to be a super model.  So what is my goal?  I want to wake up in the morning and jump out of bed without pain.  I want to have more energy.  I want to be able to keep up with my grandchildren.

I put weight on mostly at my mid section.  I look like the apple in the Fruit of the Loom guys!  Consequently, trying to carry that weight makes my back hurt most of the time.

When I started my current job about a year and a half ago, I was very active walking around and climbing stairs a lot.  I lost 10 pounds without even trying.  Then I was given a desk job and over the past year have gained 18 pounds!  Ugh!

Enough is enough!  This challenge is just what I need to motivate me to start exercising!
