I didn't realize there was a blog option and i've been writing these tips in the comments. 

first things first I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and indulged a little since tomorrow is the irst official day of the challenge. Second the first week is normally when the most amount of weight is lost due to releasing water weight.

 

I highly recommend teas. Some are pricey but truly they are the most affective. Ill link so more affordable teas below. 

Monkey Picked oolong tea is one of my top favroites from teavanna it averages about $25 per 2 ounces. I know crazy money for tea but you can re use the same leaves up to 5-6 times and I swear by it.

 

Match green tea is another option. Its the belly fat tea for sure. The number one place from your body its noticed to help burn fat from is your stomach!!  Teavanna sells it but if you don't have a teavanna near you ill link some you can get from amazon. It'll last minimum 6 months. I have a video on how to make it.

Cleaning out the pantries and fridge. If you live with someone I know its hard. Try to find a space where you can have your stuff and they can have their stuff.. maybe they are even willing to make the healthy transition for you.

 

Lastly, I've tried a number of weight loss supplements in the past like garcinia cambogia, green coffee bean and fat burners I found one that is absolutely AMAZING and I highly recommend for weight loss. Ill link that below also.
