I have always struggled with my weight since I was in high school however I didnt become overweight until late in college and after. With the birth of my first child in May 2014 I have reached an all time high for my weight and know that I need to get my weight in check for not only health reasons but for my child and husband so I have more energy and am a good role model. 

Here I am only a few days in and so far things have been great. My biggest struggle is what to make for dinner that is healthy, low caloies and easy to make. Having a baby is definitly a challenge- not only do I need to take into account his schedule and needs but also trying to cook or prep food while also trying to pay attention to my child. I joined the Y which is about a half hour drive away however they have childcare which is awesome! I have been going everyday to Zumba but also want to incooporate some other things as well. 

Im excited for this journey and I want to be successful and look back a year from now and say "I did it. I lost all that weight"
