Yup, I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I do not eat any vegetables of any kind, and while I don't mind apples and bananas for fruit, I really just never buy them. This isn't some sort of diet or hatred I have against vegetables and fruit. (although I like to tell people fruit is what made sin enter into this world with Adam and Eve haha) But actually, often times I gag when I eat vegetables and fruit. Not sure what it is.

My mom gave up on my a long time ago when I would sit at the table for hours not eating my dinner. Some nights not eating much of a dinner. I have even had instances where I would eat something and not know there was a vegetable in the food, but looking down and seeing it, I could not finish my food. I tried to finish my half eaten quesadilla because I figured I really couldn't taste it, but when I tried I gagged and had to spit out the food and trash it.

So, I do take my vitamins and I try to work out here and there, but I am gonna try harder. Gotta push myself to the gym. My doctor isn't even concerned about the lack of vegetables or fruit. My cholesterol is down from last year and not in horrible shape.. not in great shape.. but not horrible. And my blood pressure is down too.. still high.. but it's down.

I have realized though, that I can take fruits and vegetables in liquid form. Yay! (even though I like calling myself a meatatarian) So I did just splurge and buy a nutribullet. I am also starting a 30 day situp challenge. Should be fun...

Anyhow, I am going to get back at looking at nutribullet recipes that don't look so bad. I did learn from a little juicing I did in past, that banana can mask alot of those greens... so bring on them nanners.
