Two big events made me realize that:
1. Walking through all the hills and steps in Bisbee last Friday with my kiddos didn't leave me winded like it would've before. And we pretty much walked for two hours with a couple of breaks. The stairs were harder, no lie, but I did it.
2. Moved a bunch of tables and chairs twice today for a vendor event I run. Again, tiring, yes, but I wasn't winded and I could've moved more if I'd had to.
It was nice to come back to a lower number on my scale tonight, too. Motivating.
I can do this.
