So after three weeks in Beijing, I got on the scales this morning... and I've put on 3 kgs! WHAT!!

Very cranky. But extra motivated. I had intended to lose 2.5kg, now +3 its looking more like 5.5.... Heads down bums up.

Back at home hopefully I'll be able to shake it once I get back into routine and hit the gym.

And so it begins.
