From August 2013 - Dec 2014 I lost 72 pounds and then put back on 5 with the holiday and the move. NOT GOOD! Pants are getting snug again.
Yesterday I put in two miles, today I'm off to do the same. Going to get back to my 20 mi/week and then more so I can be prepared for the USMC mud run 10K in April.
Drinking my water, minimum of 72 oz/day.
Fruits and Veggies and Protein! Yesteray and today I started the day with some carbs in the form of a gluten free hot cereal similar to cream of wheat. Added a tbsp of butter and a teaspoon of honey.
4% for me is 8.68 pounds but I'm pushing for 10 in the 28 days. Most of that will be water weight since I'm clearly retaining water as evident in my scale photo. My feet are all red and splotchy! Not cool.
