For breakfast I had honey bunches of oats with real strawberries. It tasted AMAZING, I also had a Nature Valley Trail and fruit mix grandola bar.  I found that keeping them in the fridge makes me eat them slower since they are cool and you  have to bite it off. I  drank a route 44 sonic water throughout the mornning. I was energetic and full all the way from 9am  to 1:30pm. For lunch I had a salad with fat free cheese and ranch. I got a bag of Viola brand: Garlic shimp. It is very  healthy, it contains: Broccoli, corn, carrots, shimp, curly noodles and even if you arent a veggie person (Which I am not), this is one of the tastiest meals I have ever ate that was such a healthy meal! I LOVE it. It is a must try item. It's located in the frozen fridge section of walmart.

Two good soda replacements I found are: Sparkling water, which is water that is flavored but it still has a soda-like fizz to it.

And  Zero calorie rockstar and monsters. They give you the caffine you need  to stay awake and they have NO calories NO fat and NO sugar. My favorite are the red monster and the white and red rockstar, they are fruit punch flavored and make GREAT soda replacements,because they have the fizz, flavor, and caffine. They also contain  Ginseng Root Extract which is a plant people make a big fuss about. It is very healthy and expensive. Ginseng helps speed up motabolism and  burn  fat.
