I didn't exercise today, feeling kind of like the Flu is coming on ! All Over achy and ear aches . I did stick wth healthy eating :

Steel cut Oats with reduced sugar Cranberries

SNACK:

1 fresh Grapefruit

Lunch :

1 serving of Split Pea Soup

( NO Crackers ) !

Supper:

Tofu Miso Soup

Oven Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
