Well it's day 1. I'm excited to be on board with the challenge as I really want this year to be different. To tell the truth I love working out - it's just my eating habits that let me down. So after losing a stone I'm almost back to my starting weight which was 88kg in July last year. Kinda scares me that my BMI is 29.9 which is like 0.1 away from obese...
I would love to be able to reach 72kg by end of March or April.
Game plan is to fix up my eating and be intentional about it - also to be more regular in the gym and take part in classes which I plan on doing today. Also want to try running again as I know that will help me but then I get shy/nervous.
Let's see how it goes....
This week's goals are:
1.) Workout 3 times at least.
2.) Attend 3 classes at the gym.
3.) Try running/jogging once.
4.) Have a vegetarian day.
