I know it sounds stupid but I'm trying not to actively think too much about my weight loss.

ive swapped bad choices for good, I've not deprived myself of anything. I've just tried to be more mindful of what I put in my mouth. Any Joe bloggs can work out for an hour in the gym or at home, it's what you put in your mouth for the other 23 hours that makes the difference.

'our choices will either bring us closer to our goals, or further away.' This is my motto for the time being.

..and so far it seems to be working. I exercise when I can and I don't beat myself up about it if I don't get a workout in. Sometimes I can only spare 20 minutes, if that's the case so be it. Its best to workout, if only for a few minutes to keep the momentum going.

i know I won't be able to continue at this pace for the other 3 weeks, my body and metabolism will change, and that means upping the game and tweaking the system a little.
