Here we go... Day 1

I am really committed to getting myself out of this  never-ending downward spiral of yo-yo dieting.  I'm done trying to trick myself into believing I'm working at it when in all honesty I am doing everything but.  Just a little harmless cheat here or there has been my M.O. for so long and it hasn't been working.  

I have a plan in place that I know will be the key to my success.  

My biggest challenge will be planning dinners.  I've go breakfast and lunch covered.  I also plan to get in more activity.  There is no reason why I can't get out and get moving. 

I'm excited for those of you who are joining me in this quest and am excited to see all of you succeed too!
