I lost 5 lbs, but I'm sure it's water weight. I'm drinking a gallon of water each day as is suggested by Chris & Heidi Powell. I fill up a gallon jug with filtered water and natural lemon juice with a little natural stevia extract. I drink my lemon water out of a quart mason jar with a "milkshake" straw.

As Chris Powell suggests in his book, I do count to "10" as I gulp it down and that makes it a lot easier than before. I try and finish my water by 5pm, so I'm not running to the bathroom all night. I've also intensified my exercise routine.

I think I'll probably lose 1-2 lbs weekly after this and that will get me to my goal: win diet bet!
