I feel like I fell off the wagon.

 

I was doing great, and then all of a sudden 2 former injuries started acting up, so I couldn't go to the gym or do my insane daily walking for 5 days. I'm still eatin healthy, but not drinking nearly as much water since I'm not as active. And I'm up 1.5 pounds. It's so frustrating! 

Is anyone else experiencing similar frustrations/challenges?
