I'm very excited about joining this DietBet (my first one!). I did a weight loss challenge with some friends in 2011 and lost 25 pounds, and I WON $120. Money is such a motivator to me. LOL. I had my fourth and FINAL family holiday gathering yesterday and just feel gross from all of the indulgences. I'm ready to start seeing the scale go D.O.W.N. I gained 5 pounds over the holidays, and had gained about 10 in 2014. I need to make big changes to reverse the current here.

My strategy is a little outside of the norm, because I am going to use Fast Five (which is Intermittent Fasting). I will have a five-hour eating window each day, and I will keep it healthy during those 5 hours. I also have small portions, so as not to blow it all during my window.

I will also incorporate exercise on my indoor bike and yoga a few times a week.

I can't decide if I'm going to weigh daily or once a week. To be determined!

I'm going to go ahead and attach my GOAL SIZE PICTURE here. This was in 2011 after I dropped the 25-30 pounds I started with the weightloss challenge with friends. I was a size 6 and felt very comfortable in my skin for the first time since having four kids in 6 years. Ready to get back there again, and I believe this is the year I will do it.
