I decided to go the carb cycling route.  Today was Day 1 - a low carb day.  And when I get to work I find out I have to order pizza for a meeting and sit there and WATCH PEOPLE EAT IT!!!!  What!?!??!?!?!

So I figured out what I could eat and ordered a seperate dish for myself.  And I ate it.  And was satisfied.  And didn't want pizza.  Who knew I could do that??  I actually felt really good about myself and proud as I ate my salad.  

You know what?  I can do this!
