Finally stood on the scale today and lost some pounds...wooowooooo!!!! That means whatever am doing is working:).
Am really lazy when it comes to excercising so be doing some bit of Jillian Micheals - her 30 day shred and been eating healthy and doing some serious portion control. I have a serious sweet tooth and thankfully I haven't induldged in any sweetness in the last couple of days...woohooo to me! I pray I keep this up!
Target weight...here I come :)
