July of 2013 I hit a big milestone with Weight Watchers, I lost 50lbs!  I had only 20 more to go.  But I stalled.  I started taking my old habits for granted, and wasn't doing what I had been doing all along to lose the weight.

So, since July of 2013, I've yo-yo'ed between the 50 and 40 lb weight loss.  That's still great, I didn't gain it all back, but man, I really want to lose the rest of the weight I need to lose.

Sunday I made a re-newed effort.  I decided I will make my goal weight with Weight Watchers this year.  I started tracking my food again, and have begun to walk and exercise again.  Then, on Tuesday, I heard about this!  Talk about the push I needed!  YAY!

Bert Show, thanks for getting a team together.  All of the folks who have joined, I'm excited to do this WITH you!  :-) 

Feel free to "friend" me on this site and we'll keep each other in check and motivated. There will be days I need it, and chances are there will be days you need it, too.
