I am so proud of myself. As of this morning, I'm down 25 pounds from my highest weight.
Do I have room for improvement? Heck yeah. I just need to continue making measurable, lasting changes that I can sustain over time. By doing that, I'll achieve my goal. I'm as sure of that as anything.
Diet Bet has really helped me pull it all together. Through reading all of the posts and blogs of friends' struggles and triumphs, I've found my own source of encouragement.
