Thought I'd share how I've kept myself motivated and had fun at the same time during this. My friend, Kelly, who's also in this dietbet, came up with this worksheet and I enjoyed using it so much that I incorporated it again, with just a couple tweaks to personalize it. It's kept me accountable. I've been able to compete against myself, trying to get a better score each week, or compete with my husband for fun.
