O.K. SOMEHOW I WEIGHED 1.6LBS MORE THIS MORNING THAN YESTERDAY AFTERNOON WHEN I DID MY WEIGH-IN. TODAY I JOGGED WITH MY DOG AND RAN AROUND A HUGE FIELD WITH HIM (I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO RUN BUT JUST JOGGING IS HARD ENOUGH! LOL) I HAVE NEVER BEEN ON A DIET AND I THINK OF THE WORD "DIET" AS THE DEVIL! HOWEVER, I DID BUY "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER" AND I CAN'T BELIEVE I BOUGHT IT! I HATE ANYTHING THAT IS NOT SALTED REAL BUTTER. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER IS NOT THAT BAD THOUGH. IT'S MUCH BETTER THAN BLUE BONNET MARGARINE AND SOME OTHERS.

WELL, MY PLAN IS TO DO SOME CARDIO EVERYDAY RATHER THAN DRASTICALLY CHANGE THE WAY I EAT. I LOVE RICH FOODS. I LOVE BUTTER, HEAVY CREAM, PASTA AND RICE (WHITE RICE, AND WHITE PASTA NOT WHOLE WHEAT!) I DID BUY WHITE WHEAT BREAD WHICH TASTE BETTER THAN WHOLE WHEAT BUT HAS LESS CALORIES, SUGAR AND CARBS THAN WHITE BREAD AND MORE PROTEIN AND FIBER SO THAT'S GOOD. SPEAKING OF CALORIES, I AM NOT COUNTING THEM. OH ONE OTHER THING I CHANGED IS I'VE STARTED DRINKING WATER! I ABSOLUTELY HATE WATER BUT I'VE BEEN SQUEEZING A LITTLE BIT OF LEMON OR LIME IN IT AND I SOMETIMES DROP A FEW DROPS OF JUICE IN IT. IT'S BETTER THAN GLASSES OF JUICE THOUGH.

I JUST HOPE AND PRAY I CAN LOSE MY 6LBS USING MY PLAN! :-)
