I went to my WW meeting last night and was disappointed that we had a sub. I had an awesome weigh-in (-3.6lbs) and I was really excited to talk about it.  I had gone away for the weekend and managed to stay pretty much on track where in the past (and by past I mean both recent and distant) I would have just said to hell with it and go completely off the rails.

Melissa is really good about using our successes and challenges as a way to inspire and motivate everyone in the group.  I left my meeting feeling a little less fired up than I had hoped to be but not enough to not stick with it.

Driving home I was starving.  It would have been really easy to grab something and eat it in the car as 114 is loaded with fast food options.  Instead I kept going and went home to cook the dinner I had planned.

While I was cooking dinner I also made my lunches for the rest of the week (Jar salads).  I am ready for this week and everything it throws at me.
