In my heart, this is the time that I feel is right for me to get serious about my weight loss goals. They are so important to me for so many reasons; family health, my own health, building my self esteem and helping me to live true to who I am inside. After years of experimenting with what foods make my body feel well and help me to perform, I think I finally found it. I love being active, but food has always been a weakness for me. I need to attack this weakness and make it my bitch! No more maybe's... No more tomorrows.... My mind and body are ready. Time to keep focused on my goal of losing 40lbs and getting into killer shape. I'm going to lose 40lbs by summer, keep the weight off and kick my ass into shape. I'm so excited for tomorrow :D I've got my plan in order and I am ready to go.
