I am now almost two weeks into my first Dietbet. My first week was okay, but then last weekend I did horrible! I had gained back almost all the weight that I had struggled over that first week to lose! WHY?!!

A couple things happened at the end of last week that sent my stress level through the roof. So, to deal with the way I was feeling, I decided to eat. Pizza, candy, fried chicken...I ate like crap and felt like crap too. I decided to get things under control and signed up for a second dietbet. I figured with more money on the line I would be inclined to give it my all. I started working out on Sunday night and was really watching what kind of foods I was eating and how much I was actually shoveling in my mouth. I did good this week, worked out 3 days in a row and then BOOM, I got sick. On the plus side, I haven't been hungry at all but I also have not been able to workout at all the past two days.
Here's hoping that week 3 goes a little better!
