I find it ironic that I have exactly 21 days left of my game when I come across this book! I've been feeling a LOT of pressure, a little more than lost and confused, even though my body looks different, even though I'm doing mostly the right things... I want a foundation to follow. I want to take it to a level of WOW I'VE CHANGED MY ENTIRE BODY and developed good skinny habits in just ONE month! So I got his book, Jumpstart to Skinny, and I'm going to follow it to a T, like he so kindly asks you to.
It's great already. He's honest and straight forward and he makes you want it, and tells you EXACTLY how to do it.
I was reading Maria Menounos' EveryGirl's guide and she was very like... do whatever feels right to you! For the entire book. But I'm not that good at reading my body. That's why I'm not skinny in the first place. I'm not at peace with myself yet. I need to regulate my body and set it straight myself.
I don't like following overly strict plans and that's what Bob is all about.
Really, really hope I can balance losing the weight and all the troubles going on in my life right now- full time school, sick Mom, social life, working on the side, etc.
But Bob's celebrity clients work 20 hour days, too.
