This works for me. I keep track of what I eat (calories). I then do my best to exercise enough to burn the same amount of calories off thet I have eaten. So If I eat 1200 calories I work out enough to burn 1200 or more calories off. It seems to be if I comsume 1200 calories and burn only 900 off I do not lose any pounds or so little that I feel I am going in reverse. I do try to eat atleast 1800 daily and work hard to burn those between my job and my walks.
