I wonder if it's normal for me to be so tired? Is it my body working harder..I am so happy today I get to eat carbs..makes me happier and more energetic!

Sign in to CommentYou will feel a little lower energy on low carb days. Make sure you're still getting all your cals/veggies/fats/proteins that will help, and your body will adjust. Hang in there!
Funny--I feel so much better on the low carb days. I stress over the days I eat more carbs, because I want to eat everything! I do try to get some carbs in for breakfast on both days. Maybe you are not getting enough carbs?
