I've been cooking SOOOOO healthy and haven't had any pop to drink, sugar snacks or fast food in over 2 weeks! AND IT IS PAYING OFF!!!! Now I have to get myself physically motivated to get to the gym more. Zumba really kicks my butt (and hurts my knees), but I am going to keep trying at a modified pace. I really can tell that my strength has decreased with age, so I have to work on muscle.... Did I mention I hate to sweat???? Oh, well, must keep the goal in mind -- feeling GOOD!

Sign in to CommentWay to go! I don't like to sweat either, but you will feel so much better once you start building up muscle and you will love the way it makes you look! It also will increase your metabolism since muscle burns more calories than fat. So maybe that will give you some motivation, good luck!
