My co-worker and I have walked 2-3 times every school days since the new year started. It is so awesome to have a walking buddy. Another co-worker mentioned today that it looks like I've lost weight....I thought yesterday my clothes felt better....get on the scale----1.5 up from my official weigh in last week. I am not all that upset...I know my body. I just hope it cooperates for our official monthly weigh in coming up!
