bad timing -- I was crushing it on the diet, but then got sick. That bad flu that's going around (I wonder if the dieting made me more vulnerable to catch it?) To feel better, I ate without concern about calories for a few days, so I'm a few pounds up on my target. Good news is, I'm feeling better, and can get back on plan to aim for the finish line. I'm still within shouting distance. Crunch time.

Sign in to CommentIllness can't be avoided. I think you did the right thing; I am a big advocate of eating yourself well (even if that means nothing but fries and orange juice for 5 days because it's the only thing you fancy).Good luck getting back on it.
