Hello,
I am trying this new way of dieting, which starts in 4 days. I am motivated to be a part of a cyber communty, I don't think I have done that (dietbet) berfore and it seems right with starting off the new year.
I hope i learn how to accept my body and myself a little better after this 4 week challenge. Maybe I will have a sense of accomplishment and hopefully learn something new about me.
I hope that the stress does not consume my over eating habits, especially since I have been craving fats and carbs more...
