The first real holiday/cheat days seem to be upon us. I don't partake in Super Bowl Sunday but my recommendation would be to make that a cheat as I don't see how realistic it would be to really cut back on calories and if you didn't make it a cheat it would mean justifying a cheat again too soon after and ending up with overall overeating.

If you do use your cheat for that day, now is also the time to consider Valentine's day and let your love know ahead if you're cheating on Super Bowl Sunday to plan something very non food related to keep on track!

A couples pedi is a good treat, or a movie in after a healthy dinner. PF Chang's also has some healthier options and you can swap rice and noodles out for steamed broccoli and snap peas. Check out the oolong bass and gluten free menu.
