February second I am starting a 60 day weight loss program. My goal is to eventually lose 50 pounds. I tried dietbet once before and it worked so I'm going to use it again as extra motivation. Wish me luck and feel free to follow me

Sign in to CommentI can't wait to get started tomorrow. I have a workout program that I am going to follow starting Monday. It is 5 different 30 minute workout's for 5 days straight then 2 days of rest. I tried it out last week to try and get the hang of it. I only did three workouts but I was really sore and needed these last two days off. Starting Monday no excuses, and no stopping. I am going to follow the program religiously. My diet is an issue like most people. I've noticed the biggest issue for me is eating at night. I will be having a shake for breakfast,,,,some type of healthy lunch, and either a shake for dinner or breakfast for dinner. I really love eggs bacon and sausage. I've done it before but never consistently. Since I'm having the shake for breakfast, I feel like I can control my eating better by having omelettes and eggs for dinner. I know how many calories they are. Lets see if it works. I love Beer but I have cut it out for the last 4 days so I feel like I'm ok.
