The workouts have not gotten easier but I'm having an easier time motivating myself now that I'm seeing some results. Along with diet, I've just about met my diet bet goal! I still have a long way to go and still haven't gotten tired of these dvds so I'm going to keep at it. The HIIT Plyo workout in this set is definitely the toughest; kicks my butt every time!
