Every year, or every season or whenever I go unconscious about my food intake, I gain 20 pounds! I can see the cycle year after year up 20 and down 20 then up 20 then down 20. Not good.
Right now I am up 20 and wanting to change my 'high water mark' to the "down 20" mark.
Maybe this challenge will help me establish whatever I need to keep the 20 pounds off for life!!!!!
