So this runs off from my last blog post about planning. I'm down 4lbs and since being on the bet I have been continuing to come down steadily which is awesome. The tough part is going to be maintaining and not shooting up last minute just as the final legs of the first round are upon us. I think the dates work in our favor. I had a cheat meal last night and even though the damage wasn't much at all it is key to not get into the mode of thinking oh maybe it wasn't reeeaaallly a cheat and I can cheat again. No! I am not going to fall into that trap.

I've seen how my weight goes up and down usually dependent on how much I eat, what I eat (beef and white flour take longer to digest) and how long it takes to process  ... Well with this in mind and looking ahead to February if I cheat again mid month and it may not be on Valentine's day per se, I can plan that cheat to just get it out of my system so that I can be strong towards the end of this first leg and make my weigh in on feb 21 with not only winning this round but putting my best foot forward for round 2.

Now is the time to think and plan ahead how you choose to finish this round and where you choose to come in! It WILL set the stage for how you move forward. Start finding your rhythm.
