Submitted my weigh in this morning. Decided I would add a little blog post weekly with my measurements as well.

Weight: 160.2lbs

Bust: 38"

Waist: 33.5"

Hips: 43.75"

Arms: R: 13.5" L: 13.25"

Thighs: R: 25" L: 25.25"

Calves: R: 13.875" L: 14"

 

No goals on my measurments but my -4% goal is 153.79lbs

I am not following any specific diet or excerise plans; I just plan to eat healthy, drink water (which I really don't like) and exercise daily.

Tomorrow is SuperBowl Sunday, *>*>*GO HAWKS!*<*<* Hubby and I have agreed to forego the usual pizza fest and go for healthier choices... not sure what but we will make something happen.

Also Valentines day is in the middle of this challenge but I see no reason why we can't keep it healthy there as well... hubby will probably indulge me in my weakness of Peanut M&Ms but that doesn't mean I need to stuff my face with them all day and since we don't really do the whole cocktail hour thing I'm pretty safe on that; a glass of red wine is perfect for our V-Day festivities.

I'm really hoping that this DietBet will help me kick off my journey to a strong and healthy me. The past 13 years have been a weight rollercoaster for me since I have had 6 babies during that time. My youngest is 15months old and I'd really like to be healthy long term for myself, my husband and my children.
