Happy to report that I am down a couple pounds in my first week! Come on everyone, we can do this! This is my week, hitting the gym, low cal high proteins, lots of water and sticking to no soda (not even craving it anymore) feeling great!

Way to go! Cutting out soda is difficult for me, but cutting out coffee is the real killer. I was doing well with exercise last week but since I've been sick I don't have any energy to work out let alone make it through a workout without a coughing fit.
