Not off to the greatest start, but I did have some loss. In total, I only have about 12 lbs. to lose, so I'm about 1/6 of the way there. While I didn't quite make goal, I'm okay with being 1/6 of the way there since this is a 6 month bet.
In all honesty, I didn't even try very hard as my schedule is almost impossible to fit workouts into. I'm really going to buckle down in February and aim for 2 lbs./week. This would give me a little cushion at the end of the round since my weight fluctuates a lot.
