I'm a little suspicious of diets that say 'you will never go hungry'. You should be hungry before you sit down to a meal. It's called appetite! The mistake some of us overeaters make is that we think we should never feel hungry, ever. We find it scary.
You got fat by eating when you weren't hungry, so you may need to endure some hunger whilst returning to a healthy weight. However, I do NOT recommend making yourself faint with hunger. And if you are excercising, do have a substantial nutritious snack half an hour beforehand!
To bridge any yawning gaps between meals, try water, tea, a small handful of nuts, seeds etc or a piece of fruit. Or distract yourself by doing craft, calling a friend, going for a walk, or just come onto DietBet to check out the competition!
Good luck, everyone.
