So, I weighed in today, and have lost 5 lbs since joining a few weeks ago.  I feel good about that - I have plenty more to go, but a jouney of a thousand miles starts with one step.  I'm headed in the right direction.

I feel a little better these days too.  Not massively different, but I think just cutting out most garbage food makes the mind and body run smoother.  I think I can speed up my pace of loss a little bit also, as I have had 5 days of business travel where I wasn't as controlled on portion size and type of food, and got almost zero exercise.  So I will hit it hard this week.  I have two weeks to go in one of my bets, and I definately want to rock the final weigh in.  I'm in 4 challenges at the moment, so I have lots of motivation not to screw up.
