Hi everyone!
I'm traveling for work and just arrived at my destination. I'll be gone for a little over a month and brought my scale with me. I was happy to listen to my body at the airport and during the long plane ride.
A part of me is really excited to use this time to be on a work, exercise, eat healthy routine and another part of me is terrified of failing. I just finished the book "Divergent" on the way over here and for those of you familiar with the story, I felt inspired to conquer my fears.
I never really stopped to realize how fearful I was of failure. Now that I know it's there, I'm going to make a better point of facing it head on instead of running away from it.
