Salty/crunchy carbs are my biggest problem. My bad habit was heading to the couch with my Kindle with a bag of chips or cheese crackers or Cheetos (you get the idea) every night before bed. It seems some foods you eat make you crave them more & it becomes a viscious cycle with your weight going up higher & higher like a hot air balloon! I just completed 2 dietbets in January & lost 10 lbs & won $22. What I found is that once you get past the first 2-3 days of craving whatever bad choice you were eating it gets easier & easier so keep going. I had at least 2 days over the last month where I would have caved in & took my chips to the couch & totally fallen off the wagon if I had not been signed up for these bets. Thankful that I stayed on track. I feel better and my clothes are fitting better. I still have some work to do which is why I'm still here :)
