Went grocery shopping today to ensure that I have good food around me. Just made lunches for the next two days too! I am going to be following a diet based on Paleo but not 100% strict (I eat dairy and beans). What I will take away from this diet is to not eat any wheat. You'd be surprised at how good rice pasta or pasta made from ground peas and kale are! Although these should be eaten in very small portions because the carb count is a bit high.
I am hoping these weigh in tokens do the trick to keep me accountable.
Here's to change in 2015!
